The Canadian Academy of Health Sciences will be hosting an online forum on September 28-29, 2021. This conference will explore the wide range of genetic, epigenetic or environmental factors related to diseases.

This virtual forum will:

→ examine the current understanding of the mechanisms underlying the origins of disease development;
→ discuss new ways of predicting diseases predisposition;
→ apply this knowledge to the diagnosis and prevention of noncommunicable diseases ;
→ will include delegates from the Developmental Origins of Health and Disease Network research field, as well as other interested parties who will provide a networking opportunity.
